It is the buyers (your) responsibility to measure BEFORE you purchase. Size exchanges are not returnable or refundable because each shirt is made to order.

Please be aware that all sales are final. Each item is handmade to your specific wants and needs (color of garment, size of garment, as well as the design). Even though your item may not be personalized, it is still custom to your needs! This means, no returns, and no exchanges. This also ensures each item you receive is brand new, and never used.

If there is a problem with your order please contact us right away. Mistakes will happen from time to time, (not often, but it does happen,) and we appreciate the opportunity to correct our error.

If we have made an error in sending you the wrong size or color of shirt you ordered, we will be happy to do an exchange right away.
