Cloth Binding with gold gilt decoration and text some rubbing marking. Paper dust jacket has slight tears to corners and chipping to top and bottom of spine, slightly rubbed. Please note this is from a 2nd impression with 129th thousand above the when we were young advert to rear. This is the only difference between this jacket and a first print which states 119th thousand instead. Pages are clear with illustrations throughout. Inscription to inside front cover and front pictorial page at top edge and to first free blank page. Slight pulling to hinge at page 158
