Beautiful, impressively large vase in pitcher form
Wonderful colors and motifs, note the butterflies surrounding the piece. Applied porcelain florals are in excellent condition, we find no chips or missing parts. Even the stamens on the flowers are intact. All gold trim in excellent condition, no loss of gold. Lovely Meissen style florals here and there on this piece.

Karl Richard Klemm founded a porcelain decorating studio in Striesen, Dresden in 1869. At the time there were more than 40 studios in and around Dresden that specialized in the painting of porcelain in the Meissen style. The porcelain was obtained primarily from the Meissen factory itself. The decorating style of the Richard Klemm studio matched that of the Meissen factories at that time.
This vase, in pitcher form, measures about 14 1/2\" from base to top of handle.
We are calling this a vase because we don\'t imagine anyone would want to use this as a pitcher. You probably would not even use as a vase for fear of deposits in the inside.
It is beautiful and in rare flawless condition!
