To order your custom candles, use the pull-down options above to choose the following:

OUTSIDE COLOR - can be White or Ivory
INSIDE COLOR STYLE - see example picture showing side-by-side the three color style options:
SOLID (an unbroken filling of color)
BAND (a *wide* stripe of your color)
PINSTRIPE (a *thin* line of your color)
CANDLE ACCENT - Your candles can be accented as follows:
NONE - carved bows all the way around your candle accented with small pearl beads in the color of your choice

BUTTERFLY - a large butterfly on the unity candle and a smaller butterfly on each of the carved taper candles
CROSS - a large filigree cross on the unity candle and a smaller cross on each of the carved taper candles
HEARTS - a pair of interlocking hearts on the unity candle and a smaller pair on each of the carved taper candles
IRISH CLADDAGH - a largeCladdagh imageon the unity candle and a smaller claddagh on each of the carved taper candles
IRISH HEART - a largeCeltic hearton the unity candle and a smaller Celtic heart on each of the carved taper candles
RINGS - a pair of interlocking rings on each of the three candles
JUBILEE - With this option, it won\'t matter what you chose for the Inside Color Style. Your candles will be made in a variety of color shades with an emphasis on the shade you choose under the next section (Color Intensity). With this style, we regrettably cannot personalize your unity candle.
COLOR INTENSITY - Please select the appropriate color shade to best match your wedding!
PERSONALIZATION WITH NAMES & WEDDING DATE INCLUDED FREE. To have your Unity Candle personalized with names & wedding date, simply send us an email with the information. Your personalization must be limited to 2 lines and 20 characters/spaces per line.
With the JUBILEE style, we regrettably cannot personalize your unity candle.
BOW CENTER ACCENTS - unless you specify otherwise, your unity candle will feature bow center accents of pearl beads to coordinate with your other choices. These are placed in the carved bowsthat encircleyour unity candle.
FOR EXAMPLE... We will use silver pearls if you choose silver hearts/cross, etc.
We will use white/ivory pearls if you choose NONE (all carved bows) or one of the Irish accents.
If you have another preference, please send it to us via email. Available options are White, Ivory, Silver or Gold Pearls or Clear, BlackorColored Crystals.

BURNING INFORMATION: Your unity candle is designed to be refillable. By following the simple instructions we provide, your candle will hollow out in the center and glow through the sides. Once it has hollowed out a bit, you can place a small tealite candle in the middleif you wish. Or continue burning you candle down through the center year after year!

At Kat\'s Candle Co., we are very sensitive to the timeline our customers have. The countdown to your wedding day is a constant consideration in your decision making, and we understand that. So here\'s our promise:
*** If your deadline is less than 6 weeks from the date the sale ends and ordering details and payment are completed (see next section on emails), we will ship your candles to you within 2 weeks of finalization.
*** If your deadline is more than 6 weeks from the date the sale ends and ordering details and payment are completed (see next section on emails), we will ship your candles to you within 3 weeks of finalization.
*** If your deadline is more than 6 months from the date the sale ends and ordering details and payment are completed (see next section on emails), we will ship your candles to you within 4-6 weeks of finalization. IF THIS TIMELINE IS A CONCERN, PLEASE EMAIL US! We offer an EXPRESS SERVICE upgrade for $10 - this must be arranged IN ADVANCE.

We email frequently! Unlike some sellers whose businesses allow them to check and reply to emails on a weekly basis, we are in a business where frequent emailing is VITAL. Every customer is purchasing a UNIQUE, HANDMADE item. To ensure that every order is EXACTLY what our customers want, we email a LOT! We promise to answer your email questions PROMPTLY and ask the same in return.
We will NOT proceed with creating your candle set until we have all of the details we need from you. Often this can be completed in the first email exchange, sometimes it takes a few messages back and forth for clarification. So be sure to watch your MESSAGES tab for communication after you place your order.

Shipping & handlinginfo: To ensure that your order arrives safely, we take into consideration more than just how cheaply we can get it delivered. Variations in temperature can adversely affect your candles. We do not use generic packing material for all orders, nor do we ship on the same day each week.
Depending on weather conditions and the part of the country you live in, we ship to ensure safe arrival without the package being in a storage facility somewhere for, say, a long Holiday weekend. With over 12 years experience, you can count on us to make the right shipping decisions.

Candle sizes stated are approximate. Each candle is a unique piece, and no two are exactly alike. Slight design variations and differences are the nature of a handmade product, and are to be expected. However, we guarantee every candle to be of superior quality.
