A Nice WW1 German Trench Art Brass Tobacco / Snuff Tin with Insignis of Imperial Crown & Motto of \'Gott Mit Uns\'.

The Tobacco / Snuff Tin is made from Brass and Circular in Shape, which makes it Very Tactile to Hold. In the Center of the Lid is an Insignia Including the Imperial Crown to Represent the German Monarchy i.e. Kaiser Willhelm plus the Motto of \'Gott Mit Uns\', which Translates as \'God With Us\'. This Motto was Used by the German Army as a Battle Cry During WW1 and used right up to WW2 but was Originally Used During the Late Roman Empire .......See Photographs.

The Tin would have been for Storing Tobacco or Snuff & Still Opens and Shuts Nicely with a Lovely Aged Patina. It is in Good Used Condition for its Age with Just Some Minor Aged Wear......See Photographs.

Terms of Sale

· Please note in the Interest of Both Parties & In -Line with PayPal’s Protection Policy, due to delays in the post & people not receiving their Items on some occasions, unfortunately all items with a winning offer of over £20 for Non UK customers will be sent by Royal Mail Signed, Tracked or Tracked & Signed Service.

· If you can\'t find your destination for postage please contact me for a price

· If the item fetches less than £20 then I will consider posting it by International Standard mail on a case by case basis with no Tracking if required

· Returns need to be reported within 14 days from receipt of item.

· A full refund will be given if the item is faulty or not as described
