From a consignor, this banner was in the collection of a deceased father, so we don\'t know much about it, other than to report what we see.

This is one of 2 original authentic banners from Italy under Mussolini in this consignor group, the other banner is in a separate sale and it is a C.N.S.F.A. banner.

It is Flag type material (almost satin-like) and it is fragile because of the age. Gold corded lettering, all is secure as original; showing some random surface wear but over all very good.

Black front field, color block reverse of yellow and red. The original tie on the back is still intact as original.

This banner does not have a hanging rod. The dowel it is on in the photos were for the photos only, it is not included.

Measurement across is 19 1/8\". 19\" total length including fringe. No holes. No water damage.

The lettering is 3D \"embroidered\", so this is a banner of significant value and craft.

All seams are tight except for the middle top, there is a top seam split approximately 1.5\".

There are 2 tiny edge tears (approximately 1/4\" at the top back, see photos. The fabric will rip if not treated with reasonable care.

The maker\'s label is securely affixed to the back as original. The name on this label is Vincenzo Serpone.

The letters/ words are: P.N.F. GIOVENTO . A loose translation online suggests this may have been the banner of a group similar to the Hitler Youth.

Smokefree, mildew-free. Will be shipped rolled up.

Over the \"u\" letter in \"GIOVENTU\" there is a lighter \"dot\", and this is an accent and it is supposed to be there. We put this information in not for the Italian native speakers looking at it, but for those non-speakers that could not explain the \"dot\".
