Censored with the red British postal censors (crown) PASSED P.W. 6319 cachet, addressed on reverse from Smethwick Staffs.
Address crossed through with blue crayon, cachet to the reverse reads:
THIS LETTER FORMED PART OF UNDELIVEREDMAILS WHICH FELL INTO THE HANDS OFTHE ALLIED FORCES IN GERMANY. IT ISUNDELIVERED AS ADDRESSED AND ISTHEREFORE RETURNED TO YOU.
