Translate as, The Arch-Traitor fromthe House of Savoy. This is reference to the treason of Italy that broke offits Triple Alliance pact with Germany & Austria-Hungary in WWI and in fearof revenge, joined the allies in 1915. Bronze, 63 mm\', 74.63 gr\'.
