Antique military carrier pigeon crate from World War I and WWII

This dates to 1910-1950, they were used in both WWI and WWII

Pigeon\'s were used in the war to get a message to base if you were involved in a crash, captured or needed to contact home.

Interior Pigeon berth cushions, bamboo cage wrapped with removable canvas.
