WWII Original US M1 Carbine Bayonet Guard Mkd \'PAL\' w/USM8A1 Scabbard. Good used relic condition. All complete. Attachment levers work fine. Brass snap also works fine. Marked \"USM4 PAL\" under guard, which has slight wiggle. Scabbard complete with no cracks or gouges. 2 hanger rivets on backside are rusty. Marked \'vp 43\' (Victory Plastics) on scabbard back in the plastic. Blade appears to be original shape but was lightly sharpened and needs cleaned or polished. We see no markings on hilt. PAL mfr hard to find. Please consider this bayonet as showing honest use and wear & over 70 years old. Photos are part of description, study carefully. $5. ship cost.
