WWII / WW2 U.S. Army Officer’s Service Coat, Dated 1942,Named, Armored, Excellent Condition.Original WWII U.S. Army Officer’s OD Wool Elastique Service Coat, WWIIArmored Force Shoulder Patch, Dated 1942, Named to Armored Officer, Size 38-40,Excellent Condition. The WWII U.S. ArmyOfficer’s Service Coat is a custom, Tailor made example that was made at“WEINTRAUB BROTHERS & CO. in Philadelphia, PA. The WWII Officer’s Coat is dated “8-7-42” (August 7, 1942) and is namedto U.S. Army Officer “ F.E. ZABKAR”. TheWWII Officer’s Coat is complete with its original waist belt. The WWII Officer’s Coat is in excellentcondition and I can not find even a single moth hole or moth nip anywhere onthe WWII Officer’s Coat. The WWIIOfficer’s Service Coat does not have a size marked, but it is about a size38-40. Interesting that one (1) of thebrass buttons on the front of the Service Coat is a WWII U.S. Army EngineersBrass Button, and all of the other Brass Buttons are the standard WWII U.S.Army Officer’s type.

Measurements: Arm pit to arm pit is about 19” inches. Shoulder to shoulder is about 19”inches. Sleeve length is about 23 1/2”inches. Back of the neck to the bottomback of the Service Coat is about 32” inches.
