For your consideration this Vintage WW2 First Aid Kit and Bolt on Carrying Box - Includes all items in pictures - Lots of Patina Rust Etc.
One thing of note something leaked in the inner box (Red and Sticky) and it makes it hard to open the lid- Once open its fine just it takes a bit of muscling
It could probably be cleaned and work fine but you have to be careful of the labels inside the lid. No Markings on Box showing what branch of military but note in picture #3
