This Melody In Motion takes 3AAA Batteries, and is boxed.The head moves and so do the hands and the nose on the reindeer lights up.Not very familiar with these but the music seems to drag a little bit. I am told that is normal for these but it is working.Will be shipped inside of another bigger box possibly by Fed ex depending on location.
