Rapid Fulfillment
Once your order is placed, rest assured your in-stock item will be sent out of our warehouse usually within 24 hours, and typically on the same day if the order has been received before 12:00 PM Eastern Standard Time.
Shipping
- We leverage our partnerships with, and will use either DHL, USPS, or actually a combination of both shipping services depending on what will get the order to your door the fastest.
- Please refer to "Shipping and Handling" tab above for both domestic and international shipping options if offered.
- Each order is shipped within one (1) business day (24 hours) of payment received, Monday through Friday.
- Same business day shipping if ordered before 1pm EST!
- Detailed tracking of your order will be included at no extra cost.
- If in the event the package is returned to us marked as undeliverable, we will gladly re-send the package to you if you provide the original shipping cost to re-send. If you prefer, we will also offer you a refund for your item. The original shipping cost (standard shipping) is not refundable and will be deducted from the refunded amount. Expedited shipping costs, if offered, are also not refundable. To avoid any issues like this, please double check your shipping address is accurate prior to purchase!
Returns
- Hassle free return/exchange, no questions asked! Your satisfaction is our priority.
- Merchandise must be returned in its original condition within 30 days for a full refund.
- Items are not refundable after 30 days of purchase.
- Shipping and handling is not refundable.
- For any exchange/refund to be effective buyer MUST contact us to be issued a Returned Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) and buyer MUST send the original item back to us (at buyers own cost).
- It may take up to seven (7) business days to process your return, after we receive your product.
- We highly recommend return merchandise be shipped with confirmation/tracking number.
