Cover has label from Heroes that has 1st LAS NEW $12.(The $12Label is on Plastic cover not on comic book.)This is on the plastic cover and not the comic book which appears to have been bought new and has been in this cover since purchased years ago. Tag says HEROES Aren\'t Hard to Find.1ST US NEW 12-.This was purchased many years ago. I did not attempt to remove it. Cardboard back has started to turn brown from age but book looks brand new to me. I am not a comic book collector but I know not to remove book from plastic. Collectors do not like that.
