VHS- factory sealed and new. Seal is still intact. There are a few very small holes in the cellophane as well. There is also other damage to the cellophane that I can describe very well. It looks like itsstuck to case if that makes sense. (Its not, but its what it looks like) Other than its in excellent condition. Its the Black Diamond version.
