Beautiful Waltham Model 1892 Vanguard 21 Jewel pocket watch. Serial number 14064848 (estimated to be circa 1904 by the Waltham serial number database). Considered a very high end railway grade pocket watch during its day. Stem-wind, lever set, with a screw on bezel. Gold filled case, with some brassing visible on the back of the case. Original hands and dial--with a few visble hairlines as shown in picture. Watch in running condition, and fairly accurate to a few minutes a day--though occasional stoppage had been observed in the past. It has been cleaned and oiled, but not extensively serviced, and as for any old pocket watch, we are selling this as is, and DO NOT guarantee future running state or accuracy.Attention International buyers: Youmay be responsible for additional customs fees, duties, etc, imposed by your country.
