Please read the description carefully, examine all pics closely as they are part of the description, and ask any questions before buying!Up for sale is an original book, this being Volume 1 of the Edgar brothers\' (more on them below) The Great Pyramid Passages and Chambers series, by John and Morton Edgar, published by Bone & Hulley, Glasgow, 1923. This book is in about good to very good condition or so. The hard covers show some wear and tear, edge and shelf wear. Gilt looks nice. Spine is darkened. Binding is attached with a well used feel. No writing, dog ears, loose pages, bad smells, water damage, tears, etc. This book has several diagrams, charts, and illustrations all relating to their venture to the Great Pyramid of Gizeh, and expounding on how it was thought at the time to relate to bible prophecy. This would be a fine authentic addition to your collection, or a great gift for that collector in your life, and would look great sitting in any library! For the Watch Tower collector: First of all, what does the \"Watchtower Related\" mean? Many sellers here on use this term. To me, it refers to any works at any time that the WTB&TS may have referenced, possibly made available or advertised many years ago in similar forms, that JW\'s or original Bible students may have written or published, and things of that nature. Not necessarily produced or even made available by the Society, but may in some meaningful way relate to Watchtower history and heritage. There are hundreds of such items, if not more. Truly it is up to each person to decide for themselves if any addition to their personal library brings benefit to them.
John and Morton Edgar were contemporaries of Charles Taze Russell, as well as Bible Students at the time. Their contributions are well noted in WT history. Of note in this tome are a few things pertaining to their involvement with the Bible Students: the use of varying charts of the Plan of the Ages, reference to Charles Taze Russell and The Divine Plan of the Ages (see pics #9 & 10), the old Bible Student Cross and Crown with wreaths symbol on one diagram (pic #8), and so on. Truly a treasure trove, the rest of which I will leave for you to explore and enjoy on your own. Of course, Jehovah\'s Witnesses found the thought of the Great Pyramid relating to Bible prophecy to be unscriptural many decades ago, but this stands as a unique glimpse into the thinking of the day back in early Watch Tower history. Of interest to Jehovah\'s Witnesses, Bible Students, or perhaps those interested in early twentieth century pyramidology.
