Although the rare filigree overlay pattern of the cap and barrel match, the cap is gold filled and the barrel is marked 14k solid gold. The clip is missing as seen in the photos. This overlay pattern was only produced for a short time around 1908. Although clearly mismatched, the pen still shows well. The #4 nib will also need to be replaced. Nice initials on the indicia.
