Waterman Phileas Blue (Purple) Marble Fountain Pen, 2 Tone Gold Plated Nib, Art Deco Styling, Made in France. This fountain pen is in used condition, it has surface scratches, & 2 deeper scratches on the black top of the pen, visible in the last photo. I am not a fountain pen expert, so bear with me. This cartridge pen is being sold \"as is\", untested. It is 5 1/4\" closed, 5\" open. It has a 2 tone gold plated nib that is marked Waterman, Paris, F. It has a gold plated pen clip that has the Waterman hexagon seal, that flows from the top of the cap. The ebony crown ring resembles an engraved cigar band. The snap on cap closes well. The color is a gorgeous marbled purple. A great looking Waterman fountain pen for any collector or lover of the Art Deco style.
