Here is a early Super Rare c.1903-1908 Atlanta \" RED LABEL\" original Coca Cola Straight Sided bottle...Strong embossed Coca-Cola on the front base...applied top..clear color... This bottle has no town listed..I\'ve collected these stock bottles for a while..I was told these were ordered with no town so that when the company ran out, they could throw a label on these until they restocked.. The Red label on the bottle was only made for a limited time,prior to 1910,You will be hard pressed to finding a better example,as weather and time has taken their toll on most known examples. I\'ve personally seen4 different \"Red Label \" variations which include the 5c marked corner types, The standard Blue on Black paper label was introduced later,into mass production outside of Atlanta,and is the most common to find,but the RED LABELS are the most sought after,due to the limited printing in early production from Atlanta. I\'ve studied & looked at this label carefully & feel this is the real deal..I\'m very aware that reproductions exist as the blue on black were mass copied in the 1960\'s on various 1913-1917,Candler versions. From what I have found out there are four (4) different Red label CANDLER versions..Red on Red with 5c side markings..Noting two versions with slight variations.. Red on Red without the 5c side markings & Red on Black without the 5c side markings..Another RED LABEL was printed Red on Red without the 5c side markings or the Candler name on edge,With trademark in tail Jan 31st 1892...being the earliest printed RED label considered very rare..Petretti shows this version in his 12th edition...See examples on pg 336-337. The bottle has no chips and no cracks and some nice air bubbles,with very little case wear if any,marked on the bottom with diamond stamp,a SUPER addition for any Coca Cola collector,see pics for details......Good Luck offerding!!!!
