Made of white ceramic porcelain(there is a piece of porcelain that rattles inside the piece but this was common when it was made. I have seen many others with the same thing - it is not damage to the piece.

From my Personal collection which was displayed in an authentic glass WDCC Curio Case and was then stored in box for the last few years.

In EXCELLENT Condition - No chips, cracks or damage. No Repairs
I only cleaned these with a small soft brush to remove dust (no chemicals or cleaners were ever used).
COA and Original Box included (Box is in pretty great condition with no major damage, just some minor shelf wear from storage).
