M-252 Bee-Dazzled isdressed in black and yellow bumblebee costume, yellow shoes, green wings and antennae,and carrying a purple flashlight and a jack-o-lantern. 1.36\". Ceramic mossy base. Purchased 2000. Dates 2000-2011. DP (Donna Petersen)on bottom. Original WFF box.

Each Wee Forest Folkpiece begins as an original clay piece which is hand sculpted by one of threesculptors in the Petersen family. The finished sculpture is molded and handcast at the \"mouse factory\" now in Carlisle, MA.Selected local artists paint each one by hand from their homes.Newdesigns are introduced every year and older ones retired.

Other pieces aredesigned especially for collector events or a specific retailer event. Thosepieces are retired following the event without appearing in the WFF catalogthus are more valuable.
