Beautiful vintage Music Box from Germany. It features an angel playing the pipe organ and 2 angels above are playing the fanfare to it. This beautiful item was made in the Erzgebirge region in the former East Germany by the famous company \"Wendt & Kuhn\".Wendt & Kuhn was founded by Margarete \"Grete\" Wendt in 1913, the company is a collection of trained artists that expertly carve and paint angels, figurines, music boxes and collectibles

The music box plays \"Silent Night\" \"Stillenacht\" and winds up on the back with a stopper on the side. The music box is working. It works when the stopper is pushed down.

Moveable tiny candle scones on either side of organ.
The musical movement is from \"Thorens\" Switzerland.

This piece is in great vintage condition, but the little angel with the blue shirt has missing wing. And the angel playing the piano has some paint loss in her right wing. Otherwise great condition and the paint is intact. See photos.

Measures 5 3/4\" to the top of the star and about 4\" wide.
