Ca. 1910-20 Western Art Bronze Cow Skull Tray in the style of Olaf Wieghorst or Frederic Remington, but unmarked. A period, fine art, hot cast solid bronze casting with an excellent dark brown, warm patina. Beautifully modeled, and such a fine quality casting that I was surprised it didn\'t carry a foundry mark or artist signature. Solid and heavy. Condition is excellent with some light wear to the high points of the tray, and some expected wear to the patina on the underside, but kept untouched in a cabinet for the past 50 years.
