Upfor offer, we have a Ceramic Pitcher by Edie. This white pitcher has arelief of floral and leaves on the upper half that are outlined withgold gilding on one side and none on the other. The handle is hollow.The pitcher is finished with a high glaze.

Itis signed “Edie” in gold gild on the side near the handle, and onthe bottom, it is blind etched in script “Edie” 1993.

Thepitcher is 6-inches tall. The belly is approximately 5-inches wide.From the back of the handle to tip of spout, it is 7¾-inches. Theopening is 5½x3¾-inches. The base is 3¾-inches.

Itholds 4 -cups of fluids.

Idetected a tiny nick on the rim-not necessarily noticeable. There isan artist flaw; showing some slight purple smudges incorporated withsome of the floral gilding- maybe a chemical reaction. (?). On theblank side in the smooth area is an area that appears darken, ratherit is an over saturation of glaze resulting in a pearlier effect.

However,this pitcher is as lovely as it is functional.

Itwill make a great luncheon or breakfast pitcher or an adorableplanter.
