This is another of the rare Whitney paper Halloween items that I\'ve been listing this past week, please look to my other sales for more. This honestly weird and quirky item is complete and feels like it has never been set in the upright position, but has a few bends in the witch as shown in the pics. I think that the bends are from manufacturing but nonetheless they are there. I think this could have been used a s a place card with room to write someone\'s name on the blank plate. There is a metal wire to adjust the cup in the upright position. The fortune reads \"FORTUNE WILL GIVE YOU BLESSINGS RARE, BUT OF A BRUNETTE ALWAYS BEWARE \" Very odd isn\'t it?
