Manufacturers identify promos is several different ways:

1. Drill cut or saw cut in the jewel case, which usually affects the inserts in some way

2. CD or insert is marked promo

3. Hole punch is inserts

4. UPC code is marked out in some way

5. There may be other ways not mentioned

Unless stated the CD or DVDis playable andall inserts are included.

Grading is for CD and never the case.

Since I’m getting stiffed by non-paying ers I’ve decided to make a list of those people who try to ruin for the rest of us.
