Y.); a wonderfulImage of Abraham Lincoln, titled \"Lincoln and His Family\", as indicated in the lower center below the image and behind the mat. It isan amazinglyrare Engraving with great compositionandhistorical importance that was published by Bradley and Co. of Philadelphia in 1866, as indicated in the lower right below the image and behind the mat; this wonderful Engravingwas printed by Irwin and Sartain.ThisBeautiful engravingstill has it\'s wood slat backing as you can see in the last photos. Thequality of this work and it\'s feel is amazing.Thisgreat Mezzotint Steel Engraving is further enhanced by being in it\'s original frame with it\'s original glass. An incredibly dynamic piece thathas everything one would want forthis Genre; I caneasily see it in a library or home office. I pulled thishistorical and importantpiece out of abox of art that was left to me. ThiswonderfulEngraving is inVery GoodCondition (there is a little foxing in a circular pattern in the upper center to the right of the framed image on the wall - very hard to see and doesnot take away from the image)and it\'s great frame is in Good Condition, though it could use a very light touch up in the corners, the abrasion on the right side and the chip at the bottom rightwith black paint or polish. Thishistoricalimagemeasures17 1/2 inchesby 24 3/4incheswithin the matting and with the frame it measures28 1/2inches by36 3/4 inches. I also have the sister image ofWashington and his Family, which Iam also be selling. Thiswonderfulpiece of artwould enhanceany Abraham Lincoln Collection, any great library, office or anybeautiful home.Thank you for viewing thisgreatpiece, have a wonderful day and be good to one another!Note: I would greatly appreciate a 5 star rating, being that judgessellers with this system and charges more to sellers who don\'t maintain this rating and it also effects the placement of our listings; I describe the items as they are, give a detailed condition report and mention all damage, if any at all; I ask that you keep in mind that antiques and vintage items in good condition will usually show a small amount of wear, as expected, due to their age, which is why I may call something excellent condition, very good condition, good condition or fair condition, but I will not call something pristine or mint, unless it has never been used or handled and shows no wear, due to age and handling; I will ship within1 day of your paying for the item, if not sooner; I will answer all questions, so don\'t hesitate to ask (there are no silly questions); I am happy to add more photos, though I tend to putthe maximum in the listing, so as to show all the detail of the antique, jewelry or Art; when it comes to shipping, I usually pay for it and if I charge anything for some reason, I only charge for a portion of theactual shipping charges (I don\'tcharge for box, bubble wrap, insurance ordelivery confirmation) and if we save any money at all on shipping, I will refund that amount to you; should the shipping cost more than you are charged, I will absorb the added cost andit\'ll be my gift to you; should something be damaged in shipment, all I ask is that you contact meright away and then take the item and it\'s original packaging back to the Post Office for inspection, at which time I will refund your moneyand make you whole, prior to my getting the insurance settlement (fortunately we pack everything extremely well). Therefore, if you are dissatisfied with your purchasein any way or if you are unhappy for any reason, please contact me as soon as possible, so we can work together toward a positive solution. I, upon receiving your response, will reciprocate! I believe, as my mentor says: \"We were placedon this Earthto see one another through - not to see through one another\" and I want everyone to have a very positive buying experience and hopefully add me to their favorites list.
