Lean to spine. Cloth rubbed at extremities and slightly faded at spine, light bubbling to cloth on front cover and a heavy crease to the rear cover at the top corner. Previous owner gift inscription to first blank page. End sheets are toned and with evidence of erased pencil markings, bubbling to rear paste down, pages well read and thumbed. First British edition.
