Cloth shows rubbing, soiling and edge wear, with bubbling to rear. Light lean to binding. Glue repairs to binding evident with tenderness at front and rear, with a tape repair to at least one gutter. Pages are soiled. Pages with light staining, smudges, soiling, a few tears, chips and signs of wear.
