Cel is in perfect condition - laminate has stretched away from wood on the top of the frame. Could possibly be re-glued? Art is actually 2 or 3 cells layered on top of each other.
Certificate of Authenticity is mounted to the back of the frame. This was purchased directly from the Disney Store in approximately 1996.
