Cute Halloween witch or Wizard of Oz wicked/good-witch looking figure?. It plugs in to a computer USB and lights up. Skirt/base has glitter in a fluid that you can shake up and it\'ll flow and light and glitter. Could use as a nightlight or fun office decoration for the holidays. I plugged it in to take photos and it lights and flows fine. Seems to be made of a hard plastic - painted with glitter paininmost elements.
Figure stands about 7\" tall in total. USB cord is stretchy and extends. Fits a regular computer USB port. No electric plug in - just the USB to make it work/glow.
Been sitting around - hoping someone else can enjoy it.
