If you collect items with wizards, dragons, or magic, this nice plate from Royal Doulton, which is shown on the back as being a Franklin Mint Heirloom Recommendation will make a nice addition to your collection. The plate shows the wizard creating a new star depicted by the dragon in the night sky. The plate is in excellent condition, no chips or cracks except for the manufacturer flaw of the pit, back is just slight wear. The china plate is 8\" in diameter and is edged in gold.
