Up for sale in this listing is a 1960\'s Wolverine Toys Dollhouse!!
SUPER RARE!!!!This is Model #825.
I am not an expert with this item. But considering the age and the research I have done, this is a very rare piece to find in this condition.
This was stored EXTREMELY well and looks to be well taken care of.
It is not 100% complete. I know its missing a piece on top of the garage, there are 2 holes for it, but it wasnt in the box when I put it together again.
Most of the furniture looks excellent, doesnt look like it was played with much at all. I do not see any damage to the furniture! It amazed me how nice it was!
The inside looks great as well! Its dusty/dirty and will need a good cleaning but it looks great for the age!! I do not see any rust. **There is a small stain on the inside noted in picture #10** Mostly just scratches, I think it will clean up really nicely! I dont know how to clean vintage items, so I will let you clean up how you prefer.
It comes with a garage attached to the side! The redchimneyand white top are also included! Those are impossible to find!!!! They are all broken, discolored or trashed!
There are some minor issues that need to be noted:
-The door is missing the top \'hinge\' it is broke off into the little hole. The door will still stand with the bottom hinge in there.
-There is a white/clear piece with a ramp looking thing on the front of it. It has a crack in the middle with tape around it.
-The front window closest to the door (picture # 2) has a piece broke off in the corner, like the door. It can still go in place with the 3 other notches, but that 1 little piece does not come off when the window does.
-Missing 1 screw on the top of the garage portion. It is loose in that spot.
-Roof has a few spots where its dented in.

-Creme/white piece...looks like a piece to the front of a stove? Doesnt go with any of the other pieces.
Everything is 60 years old, please expect wear/tear.
