This listing is for aWomen\'s Long Vintage Black Skirt w/ Fluted Pleats, Elastic Waist, Size M by \"After Dark.\" Laying the garment flat, the waist measures approx. 26\" around. I can comfortably stretch the elastic to approx. 32.\" Measuring at the top center back, the length is approx. 42.\" You need to be, as we Southerners say, a \"tall drink of water\" or include high heels in your outfit to wear this dress. The skirt is full, and is designed toaccommodate the curviest of curves. However, most likely, unless you have major curves, this skirt will have the appearance of a straighter skirt. The tag states \"dry clean only,\" but I hand washed in cold water and line dried it and it turned out fine. This versatile skirt can be incorporated into just about any outfit you plan to wear! And most definitely a darling addition to your black or vintage wardrobe!
