Description: Complete set in 13 volumes (7 volumes of Poetry plus 6 volumes of Letters and Journals). 1898. One of 250 sets. The first volume of \'Poetry\' has a handwritten note by the publisher, John Murray, on a front blank page \'\'No 215, J. M.\'\'; the rest of the volumes are initialed by Murray on the limitation page, but none of the other volumes are numbered. Hardcover, 4tos., quarter blue leather with blue cloth boards, gilt title on spines, gilt coat of arms on front covers, teg, silk bookmarks. Illustrated with tissue-covered plates. Very Good to Near Fine copies. Strong, sound bindings. Spines sunned; light rubbing and wear to the spines, especially at the ends. Occasional foxing to a blank page or blank side of a plate, but the text is clean, bright and unmarked. 13 volume set, all currently housed in protective mylar sleeves.
