Brought back by my dad when he was stationed in Italy during WWII. It is really in good condition considering age. The large middle oval has Roma Firenze Napoli engraved with what looks like smoke coming out of a mountain. There are three smaller ovals on each side with different names Cassino Africa Anzio Livorno Sicily Africa. Clasp hook works fine. Looks to be made out of steel oraluminum 71/2 in in length
