Let your bookshelves glow with this gorgeous gold lettered 1899 set of antique Set of Reference Books-- The World\'s Great Classic Series-- Blue Volumes Set of 7
Fantastic overall condition considering these books are almost 120 years old.
Gold Lettering on spines adds to the beauty of this set against the rich colors of the set draw the eye to this classic set.
Some light wear to covers where books have rubbed together while on shelves (as you can see in photos)
This does not matter much as only the gold titled spines of the book show while on shelves.
The first owner has written his name in pencil along with the date 1903 in the front cover flyleaf of each book as well as the second owner did also in pencil with a 1912 date.
