Wow! What an intetesting piece. I have never seen anything like this. Overall excellent condition. Made of some type of clay pottery and looks like a tempura style paint. No damage. There is a small white area in the underside. About 8\" tall. Stamped Copyright 1911 Milton Helmick. I have researched this and could not find any info. Please check out the other items I have.
