the original owner of these comics was a fanatic for preserving his comics exactly as they came off the newsstand. starting in the early 1970\'s, he bagged & boarded each one (unusual for that time) and put them away, carefully handling—w/o reading—each one. he ultimately assembled a huge collection of bronze (and some copper age) marvel comics. forty years later, these comics are in astonishing condtion: they range from VF to Mint, but many are NM/NM+ (9.4/9.6)! they have the newstand crispness, flatness, and super gloss, that is the dream of every collector. i am now listing these gems for sale on . if ultra-high-grade is your thing, i suggest you check in over the coming weeks and months (it may take well until 2017 to list them all!). here are the condition details for this lot:like the headline says, these are uber nice!
