Original World War I German Army Gold Wound Badge (Wehrmacht Heer Verwundeten-Abzeichen in Gold) cutout style with screwback fitting.Not Marked. Badge is stamped with very good detail on both sides.Made of a non-magnetic metal, with a non-magnetic screwback plate. It has a gold wash applied. In very good condition for its age. Gold wash is no longer bright. Plate is the single ribbed type, and spins freely. It is undamaged.Badge is 42.9 mm (1.68 in) tall and 37.8 mm (1.48 in) wide.
Screwback plate has 29.0 mm (1.14 in) diameter.Badge weighs 13g (0.45 oz)..I will combine shipping for multiple purchases.
