WW2 Vintage US Military Bi-fold containing a 1943 MARFA ARMY AIR FIELD Thanksgiving Menu & 3 Maps. Fresh from an attic in Upstate New York. This is a nice old military bi-fold with snap clasp and inside is a really nice old 1943 vintage menu and 3 maps. I took several photos for you to view of the bi-fold and menu. The maps are each just a bit different where it shows the air distance from the ground I believe, the one reads; 14000 feet, the next reads 4000 feet and the third 2000 feet. The menu is very interesting and the opening inside page has an image of Donald B. PhillipsColonel, Air Corps Commanding. Please feel free to email with any questions. This is not my area of expertise but I will reply to the best of my knowledge. The bi-fold has several pockets inside and the snap latch operates nicely. Bi-fold measures 11 1/2\" by 8- 1/4\". The menu measures 9 1/2\" by 6 1/4\". The three maps all measure 9 3/4\" by 6 1/4\". Again the menu is very interesting and has a notation in pen writing on the front signed Bill. Hopefully you can see the menu well enough to read the contents and I just wanted to note what is stated on the back of the menu because it is really remarkable;It reads; Requirements For n Average Day;600 Pies, baked in our ovens.1000 loaves of bread.3,500 Half Pints of Milk.300 Gallons of Coffee.8000 Hot Rolls or Biscuits.800 Dozen Eggs.2000 lbs.
