Genuine, authentic, original hand signedphotograph of Luftwaffe Oberleutnant Heinrich Meyer.

Meyer was ahighly decorated German Air Force navigator/observerduring WW2.

DuringWW2, Meyer was best known as the Beobachter with Kampfgeschwader 2 in the Battle of the Netherlands.

Because of his extreme personal bravery and successful military leadership in combat, Meyer was awarded the Knights Cross of the Iron Cross on October 15 1942!

The 4 x 6 inch glossy black and white photograph shows Meyer in his Luftwaffe Oberleutnants leather uniform wearing his Knights Cross and he has signed his name across the image in black fountain pen ink, postwar. The signed foto is in very good plus condition.
