Genuine, authentic, original hand signedphotograph ofWaffen Elite Obersturmbannfuhrer Dr. Bernard Frank.

Frank was best known in WW2 as Commander in Chief of Waffen Elite Forces at theObersalzberg Third Reich Complex, including the residence ofDer Fuhrer at Berchtesgaden, and in April 25 1945 charged by Der Fuhrer to arrestthe Reichsmarschall Goering at his residence there for treason, which he did by putting him under house arrest.

Frank received many military awards for his services including the Iron Cross, First and Second Class, and the War Merit Cross with Swords, First and Second Class, among others.

The 4 x 5.5 glossy black and white photograph shows Frank in his Waffen Elite Obersturmbannfurhers uniform reading a document at Berchtesgaden and he has signed his full name below his image in blue ballpoint ink pen, postwar.The signed foto isin very good plus condition. Along with a modern unsigned color print of the Reichsmarschall and one of Frank inspecting his command troops at Berchtesgaden. Total: 3 items.
