Late 19th century, early 20th century. Yemenite/Turkoman necklace and breast piece. It is made of silver alloy and gilt silver. The breast piece represents a woman who is getting close to betrothal age. This was worn to help assure fertility. Semi-precious stones/carnelian and silver beads with gold gilt laced throughout. It measures 6 1/4\" wide x 16\" long. Museum quality. Rare to appear on the market these days. True Yemenite/Turkoman Tribal adornments. Guaranteed authentic and reasonable priced.
