birdie7131949 Store This set has paperwork that says it is from Yi Lin Arts & Treasures of China. I have included 4 never used, gold, 11&1/2 inch taper candles. This beautiful set includes 5 porcelain candle holders with gloss black backgrounds & gold dragons (in matte & gloss gold paint), & a matching stand, all in a gorgeous dragon pattern brocade, fitted gift box, with gold satin lining, & a separate printed box which holds 2 of the candle holders of same sizes. There are 3 candle holders in different sizes & shapes, & 1 of them will hold a pillar type of candle, or taper. Candle holder sizes are; the 2 in the box are 8&1/2\" tall, 3\" square base & 2&1/2\" top, top left is 7&1/2\" tall, 2&1/4\" square base, 1&1/2\" top; bottom left is 4&1/4\" tall, 4\" round base, 3&1/4\" top, bottom right is 6\" tall, 3&1/4\" base, 1&1/2\" top, & the square stand is 2&3/4\" tall, 5\" wide & the top is 3&1/4\". They have stickers on the bottoms of some of the pieces that say Made in China, & the bottom of the square stand has a marking on it in Chinese. The whole set is still new, never used. No cracks, stains, chips, gouges, or rips. For example, they either start the offerding at $.01, or have a buy-it-now price of $.99 for an item that would sell at a retail store for $50.00, & then charge $50.00 or more for shipping. I\'m sure you can remember seeing some of those. Anyhow, has decided to make the good sellers pay for the sins of the bad sellers. I feel this is unfair since the money collected for shipping goes to the shipping company (USPS in most cases) & is NOT money we get to keep! PayPal also gets a percentage off the top of everything that goes in to a sellers account! Which also includes the shipping, so that means we get short changed both ways on the shipping & have to cover any difference ourselves. To compensate, some sellers may inflate the shipping weight, increase their fees for flat rate shipping, add a handling fee to calculated shipping (if they don\'t already have one), or increase the handling fee if they do have one. Since I use calculated shipping on most of my listings (aside from my books), the shipping varies based on your zip code for distance, weight, how it\'s shipped, etc. At this time I haven\'t raised my $1.00 handling fee, & I REFUSE to inflate the shipping weight to compensate! If it gets to be too much of a burden I will add a notification that I have had to raise my handling fee. I am only trying to point out that we have no choice about these changes, makes these decisions unilaterally. EVERY item I ship ~ including the books ~ will have a tracking number (also called a delivery confirmation or DC number) included at the time of shipping so you can check on it\'s progress through the postal system. Returns will be accepted only if I have grossly misrepresented the item. In the event I have made a big enough error to warrant a return, I will refund the full original cost, including the original shipping. Buyer pays return shipping costs. If that does happen, I will assist you as much as I can from my end to file a claim with USPS, but because you will have the actual damaged item & all the packing, it\'s up to you to file the claim for the insurance. You can do that easily on-line on the USPS website. I don\'t know the procedure for a lost item, like how long you have to wait for it to be considered lost. I\'m not an expert in any field. I try to research my items to give potential buyers the best information I can, & I try to describe my items to the best of my abilities; cracks, flaws, special details & measurements. But I\'m human(?), so I can & do make mistakes. Boy! Do I hate having to admit that!
