This is a beautiful vintage Zenith radio with wood finish. I am not positive the year it was made. The label on the bottom says 1-30-59 which seems like a date; however, in doing some research, another person said it may have been made in the 1960s. It\'s a little dusty and the volume crackles when the volume knob is turned. It stops crackling as soon as you stop touching the knob.
The alarm also works; it will either buzz or use the radio as the alarm. To be honest, setting the alarm is a little tricky. I am not sure how I did it ;-)
This is a neat piece if you love old radios. The sound is great too. I had the radio on in my kitchen and could hear it well in my living room around the corner.
