Damage resulting from improper use, lack of care, accidents or normal wear and tear are NOT covered under the warranty. In case the watch cannot be repaired it will be replaced with a new watch or similar price watch.
Lighters:
All Zippo lighters are covered against any mechanical failure for life. The warranty does not cover any cosmetic damage to the lighter. Scratches or any other damage to the case is NOT covered.
Knifes:
All knifes are covered against any defects in material and workmanship. The warranty does not cover damage caused by abuse, misuse, loss, improper handling, alterations, accident, neglect, disassembly, or improper sharpening.
