Welcome!

I\'m offering for your consideration my favorite bolo with earrings I bought separately to wear with them. They are both fabulous old pieces from the CG Wallace era. The bolo was made in the 1950s and the silver frame has an Art Deco feel to it, just fabulous. The tips are original to the piece, and were hand made for it and are the perfect length and design for it. The inlay of turquoise into jet is done in the style made famous by John Leekity whose name was John Gordon Leak in the CG Wallace catalog, but there are fine points that are different in the design from his usual. There are designs in that catalog which Lambert Homer Sr. made and I believe he made this bolo because of the upswept wings, especially and other small points that are slightly different from John Leekity\'s usual work. Well, I just adore this piece and the earrings are also spectacular, though not an exact match in terms of the inlay of the knifewing figure. The design is close enough that when they are worn together they do seem to have been made for each other.

The central circle of the earrings is 7/8\" in diameter and the small inlaid circle is 3/8\". The earrings were converted from screw backs and a thick shepherd\'s hook added so they are for pierced ears. The hanging length is 1-3/4\" and for me a perfect length. The weight is light because they are jet. They each weigh 3.5 grams per earring, so they cannot hurt your ears! Stunning, they dangle to catch the eye and the light.

The bolo measures 2-1/4\" x 2-1/8\", and the tips are 2-1/4\" long, hand made, original, and stunning! The original tie was in great shape, but it began to have problems I wore it so much so I\'ve sent it off for a wonderful butter soft new tie which will measure 40\" end to end with the tips included. The bolo is in excellent vintage, collectible and wearable condition as are the earrings.

This is my favorite bolo and earrings set which I wear almost daily. I adore them. They are extremely tasteful and elegant and are highly collectible. I believe both were made by Lambert Homer Sr though the obvious alternative is John Leekity (known as John Gordon Leak). Whoever made the pieces was a great master and this set is superb.Absolutely gorgeous. It\'s typical of the times that none of the pieces were signed nor marked for silver content. I think they are museum worthy and suitable for the best of collections. These are rare and great treasures and, if I have to live with them forever, I can\'t imagine a more wonderful fate.

Attributions on many of the old pieces of Native American jewelry are sometimes a moving target. All the books have errors, so I countercheck without relying on just one source, when possible. I do care about getting it right, so as more information comes to light I update my listings and also get in touch with my previous buyers, to inform them of any changes in attributions. I am sincerely committed to ongoing accuracy.

I request payment by PayPal in three days, but planned in advance of purchase alternate payment methods and time payments can be arranged.

International buyers pay actual shipping cost and are responsible for any customs fees their own countries may apply.

Everything I sell comes from my personal collection or is something that I would include in my personal collection. Most pieces are museum worthy and gallery suitable, sold to you at great pricing. I vet every item carefully for quality and condition, and offer you only the best. I want you to be able to rely on me for top quality, superb items that are often unique and rare examples of old antique vintage southwest, indian, native american and fine gold and gemstones, whether you\'re starting a collection or adding to one, or want something great to wear. My goal is that all my buyers are delighted, that my special pieces find the right homes.
